Consultant/Senior Consultant Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Role and Responsibilities You will work closely with our enthusiastic business and technical specialists, as part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients to get the most benefit out of RPA and innovative technologies. Key activities will include:
Participating in design and build of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategies ? including opportunity assessment & prioritization, roadmap & business case
Conducting workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather business process details & documenting process definitions
Designing, building and testing of process automation using one of the RPA tools (e.g. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
Maintaining, monitoring & operating automated RPA processes
Qualifications and Skills We?re looking for people with the following aptitude & skills:
Strong desire to learn RPA tools to design, configure and test business process automation. WonderBotz will train you on one of the RPA tools using our unique structured training program
Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. , Java, VB, C, Python, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Visio or any equivalent process flow-charting tool
Any prior work or academic experience with data integration tools (e.g. Informatica, Microsoft SSIS), technical automation tools (e.g. shell scripting, PHP) or business process management tools (e.g. Pega, ARIS) is highly preferred
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, actuarial, finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or MS degree preferred.
Result-oriented with expert problem solving and analytical skills
Personable with strong presentation, verbal & written communication and technical writing skills
Strong work ethic, self-starter, energetic & quick learner
Passion to learn and remain current on some of the innovative technology
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time (Monday ? Thursday/Friday)
