Pricing Analyst - Las Vegas, NV
The purpose of this position is to assist the Sales department in pricing Switch colocation & connectivity services to meet Company profit margin and growth targets goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Calculate the costs associated with every data center sector, TSCIF and cabinet
Assemble and maintain profitability model & KPIs for every customer
Compose executive pricing summaries on a monthly basis such as top 10/20/30 customers, customer industry and geographic summaries, annual bookings, churn, occupancy, and total contract value, etc.
Assemble a quarterly competitor colocation and connectivity pricing report for each major metro area both domestically and internationally
Provide any ad hoc financial analysis for the sales department
Collaborate with the Accounting, App Development & Sales Departments to integrate process improvements into the ERP data systems relating to financial and operating data required for external reporting and important pricing parameters for each customer
Efficient pricing data extraction using multiple data bases and contracts
Supporting Duties:
Responsible for maintaining and improving the 5-year revenue forecast
Support the Sales department in creating an annual expense budget and rolling 12-month forecast
Act as liaison to the Sales Department to understand budget variance on a monthly and quarterly basis

Computer Equipment and Software:
Thorough working knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced knowledge of Excel modeling required.
Experience with JD Edwards and/or database/accounting software preferred
Experience with ReportsNow preferred
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Education:
Bachelor?s degree required with preference toward accounting, finance, computer science or mathematics
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a data center environment
