Qualified Project Management candidates will have specialized experience in the design and construction of commercial office interior design and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Qualifications of position:
1-3 years experience in Project Management
AutoCAD skills a must
Experience in the Interior Design field a plus
Ability to take projects from construction documentation into production
Strong Concept and Schematic design presentation skills a must
Strong presentation skills both graphically and verbally
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff and management; a positive team player attitude is extremely important
Strong listening and analytical skills for client programming
Ability to work collaboratively and independently with limited guidance in a fast paced environment
Must be proactive, a self-starter, team player, highly organized, deadline driven and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
High regard for superior client service
