JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior Care Regional Administrator is responsible for the overall direction of Capitol Senior Care services. Reports to the governing body.
COMPENSATION
$65,000 ? $80,000 annual salary, paid bi-weekly

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides the overall direction for the senior care services in our Austin, Marble Falls, and San Antonio locations.
Establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for services that meet and promote the standards of quality and operational growth, which contributes to the total organization and philosophy.
Promote interdepartmental cooperation and communication, which may result in the mediation of faculty/staff disputes.
Participate in strategic, short-range, and long-range planning for educational, patient care, research, revenue, and public relations programs.
Assists in managing teams and planning
Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family care to all personnel
Oversees the maintenance of clients? records, statistics, and reports for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
Plans/implements in-service and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of caregivers
Assists with the evaluation of personal attendant services performance via performance improvement program, productivity, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Stays informed about changes and shares information with organization personnel.
Promotes referrals in the health care community.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
(3+) years of recent experience
(5+) years in a related organization
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that has insurance in accordance with state requirements and is in good working order.
Ability to travel 25-30%
