Growing organization is looking to expand their services.
This intermediate level Analyst position will report to the Manager of Custom Sourcing Analytics. They will be responsible for, but not limited to, the analytical functions supporting client hospital systems in various capacities. Tasks include data analysis, measurement of compliance based on many factors and report development. Will provide expertise in analyzing data, finding solutions to complex ad hoc data requests, managing projects, managing customers and embracing constant change. The position also supports projects and ad hoc reporting for multiple internal customers. Interaction with department?s management, internal customers, and report interpretation are required.
Responsibilities are following:
Work extensively in Excel doing Pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, sorting and manipulating very large data sets. Automation project lead on major and minor projects
Develop, refine and standardize procedures for data and information analysis and reporting
Identify and research potential and identified data issues and develop solutions
Designs and creates charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings
May present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting alternatives
Develop custom automation solutions based on business needs for senior management, internal and external customers
Interpretation of report results for management and customers
Production of deliverables, i.e. analyses, presentations and monthly reports Project management and/or active involvement and ownership of data collection, analysis and reporting Interact with senior management, internal and external clients to address and resolve data issues
Serve as resource to others regarding functional knowledge and expertise to department management and others outside department
Work independently with minimum supervision, conferring with team as needed. Communicate with customers effectively
Assignments may be broad in nature, sometimes requiring originality, ingenuity, and initiative. Perform additional projects/duties as needed by the departments
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required or 3+ years experience in an analytical role
Must be very skilled in Excel Pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, sorting and manipulating very large data sets.
Experienced in the area of quality control and testing reports, processes or applications
Candidate must be experienced in data analysis within very large data sets. This data is used to measure compliance based upon various rules and identifying various patterns.
Ability to meet short deadlines, balance multiple tasks and achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy with minimal supervision
Candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and high level of competence with technology
Action oriented with high initiative and ability to think independently Requires teamwork and collaboration with focus on customer service
Professional written and verbal communication skills
