Assisted Living Regional Director of Operations Job Opening in Palm Beach, Florida - Our growing Assisted Living Company with communities throughout Florida is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Director of Operations to come and join our passionate, family orientated and dedicated team.
Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Oversee the operations of our Assisted Living communities
Develop objectives and strategies for each community within the region
Implement company-wide programs at communities in the areas of dining, asset management, finance, human resources, and other operational areas
Work with community management to implement sales and marketing activities and strategies to maximize occupancy
Directly supervise and evaluate performance of Executive Directors within region
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology or related field required
Experience of 2-5 years or more as RDO in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry preferred
Willingness to travel state-wide (Florida)
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, State hospitals and public
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
Must have experience overseeing multiple communities
Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets
