Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Bookkeeping - Insurance Agency Accounting
Swarts Manning & Associates with locations in Nevada, California, and Utah, is expanding the accounting department and is seeking applicants for a full time Accounting Bookkeeper position. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to identify issues and apply accounting principles. Some of the ongoing fundamental accounting functions include:
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining all internal controls and financial policies and procedures
Preparation of year-end financial statements and tax documents for CPA
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Transfers & Payment Processing
Payroll
Qualifications needed:
At least 5 years experience
Experience in the Insurance Field is Helpful
Experience in AMS 360, Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Salary depending on experience
