. Proven working experience as accounts receivables clerk.
. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
. Must be proficient in Quickbooks Online.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
. Detailed oriented and highly organized
. Problem solving attitude
Duties and Responsibilities
. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables? data
. Reconcile credit card deposits in Quickbooks Online.
. Prepare Invoices and bank deposits.
. Verify discrepancies by and resolve customer's billing issues.
- Make Excel Reports for Management.
