Full Service Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Position Summary
A progressive and growing CPA firm in Omaha is seeking a Full Service Bookkeeper. The role of the bookkeeper is to provide assistance in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll services and handling full set of books from general ledger through financial statements.
Selection Criteria or Qualifications
3+ years experience in all aspects of accounting and payroll
Proficiency in preparing a full set of books through financial statements
Knowledge of processing payroll reports
Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office applications. Able to gain proficiency in other software applications as needed.
Strong leadership skills
Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to perform multiple tasks under deadline driven situations
Detail oriented and possesses a positive attitude
