Adecco is looking for candidates to participate in a one day mock interview assignment for a large medical device company in Goleta. Candidates must have worked in a professional environment for a minimum of 2-3 years and hold a BA/BS degree from a 4 year college or technical school. Previous experience in Medical Research or a Lab preferred; since candidates will be acting as if they are applying for product development, quality and research related positions on the day of the Mock Interview. We also welcome and encourage candidates who are currently looking for a position in the medical/pharma industry to apply. This client is hiring! Ideal degree/backgrounds: BS in Chemistry for possible Product Development/Lab BS in Sciences for Clinical Research Associates (Non Lab-Clerical side of research) Product Development Engineers Quality Product Engineer Participants will be interviewed by hiring managers who will have engaged in a seminar the day before on Targeted Selection.
