Network Administrator Job Opening in Boise, Idaho - The purpose of this position is to provide advanced technical customer service to users at multiple locations, resolving IT issues and providing long-term solutions and technology tools. This position also includes mentoring, professional development, and systems collaboration responsibilities. Administrators provide enterprise applications, network, server, and workstation support to production computer systems by performing a variety of support tasks, helpdesk ticket resolution actions, and projects as assigned. There is a specialized emphasis on Project Management and ability to train end users on new software and systems effectively.
Associates' degree (AA/AAS) in Information Technology, Network Design / Administration or related field or,
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in the Computer Science or Information Systems fields preferred and,
Two years of experience with Enterprise Applications within the Healthcare Industry which support electronic client records and/or billing
Four years of experience or more with Active Directory and Windows Server, Windows 7 clients, remote troubleshooting over RDP, VNC, or SSH, and configuration of network equipment and,
A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications or industry equivalents
Project Management Certification highly preferred. (Project+ or other industry equivalents.)
MDM support, profile builds, and implementations preferred
At least (1) one year of experience with training in 1:1, web-based platforms, or group environments. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and industry certifications are also accepted
