Product Sales Assistant Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - The Product Sales Associate is a seasonal part-time position that is responsible for assisting the Director of Product Sales during the annual Girl Scout Cookie Sale.
POSITION DUTIES
Secure Corporate Booth Sale locations and assign time slots for troops to secure through the SmartCookies open pool system.
Upload Service Unit Booth location spreadsheets. (68 Service Units with 1-2 spreadsheets each.)
Manage the Booth locator and assist troops with the Booth selection or release process through SmartCookies open pool system.
Cupboard logistics, including delivery, tracking inventory, reorders, coordinating and scheduling movement of current product between Cupboards as needed.
Return telephone calls and emails to volunteers as needed.
Data entry and/or process reports as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
Proposed Schedule : August 21, 2017 through December 15, 2017
Mondays- 7.5 hours, Tuesdays ? 7.5 hours, Wednesdays ? 7.5 hours, Fridays ? 7.5 hours

POSTION REQUIREMENTS
with the Girl Scout Cookie Program
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service experience
Proficient with data entry and the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Sales Force
Ability to use, analyze and create spreadsheets
Must possess organizational skills and attention to detail
