Sales/Direct-marketing professionals Job Opening in Halethorpe, Maryland - We are currently seeking to hire professionals to join our team! You will be responsible for outside sales and eventually responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to help drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Meeting sales objectives within DMV region (Delaware, Mary land/DC and Virginia)
Delivery sales and profit margin objectives, as determined weekly, monthly and annually
Direct and indirect marketing/sales campaigns
Competitive position to win and retain business
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Experience as a supervisor or manager
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $38,400.00 to $42,000.00 /year
