Night Auditor Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - The responsibilities of this job include assisting guests with check in and check out, and assisting with any billing questions. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Someone who is reliable and who would go above and beyond to make sure our guests have great experiences at our hotel.
This job will require the associate to be able to stand at the desk for 8 hour shifts from the hours of 11PM-7AM to assist any guests who will be late arrivals, early check outs, and any guests who would be awake during these hours. The primary job is to ensure our guests feel safe and taken care of during these late night hours, and to compile the audit pack (a collection of the days closing reports).
Previous guest service experience required
Previous hotel experience preferred
Knowledge of FOSSE PMS system preferred
