Chiropractic Wellness Technician Job Opening in Gurnee, Illinois - JBS Wellness LLC is looking for an outgoing and professional full-time wellness technician. This position is strategically important as this person would be responsible for assisting the doctors, preparing patients and managing the general flow of the office. Applicants should have excellent verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, basic knowledge of computers, and a desire and ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment. We are looking for someone who is healthy, organized, has great attention to detail, and likes to interact with people of all ages. Previous patient interaction experience and an associate degree are required and a familiarity with chiropractic, wellness care and alternative medicine is desired; training will be include, but not limited to:
Perform spinal scans & ROM measurements
Taking patient height, weight, BMI and measurements
Taking blood pressure
Follow up with patient on progress
Manage flow of office
Help to market talks & events
Assisting with patient care
Maintaining files/ handling paperwork
Making/canceling appointments
Patient check in/out
Answering phones
Supplement and office supply ordering
Other office duties
