C&W Services is looking for an experienced energetic Custodial Area Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the custodial functions at various sites in the Southern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Cape Code Area.
Essential Duties:
Manage the day to day operations at various sites to meet janitorial specifications.
Manage and supervise the operation of all staff, and vendors at accounts to include scheduling, payroll functions, and training of staff.
Accountable for responding to all service related calls that include: service work orders, spills, floods, door access issues, emergency clean ups.
Openly communicate at all levels with the client, and employees serving as primary contact for all issues, and concerns.
Perform daily site inspections.
Ensure account is in compliant with all safety training, and safety related incident.
Work Requirement:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
experience in the janitorial field
Superior customer service skills and interpersonal skills;
General knowledge of accounting and P&L;
Current/unexpired Driver?s License with good driving record;
Proficient in Microsoft applications (word, excel);
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
