Accounting / MRP Controller Job Opening in Scottsbluff, Nebraska - Fusion Ranch Inc. is a meat processing firm located in Scottsbluff, NE. The company produces jerky, sausage and other meat products. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with operations experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in AP/AR. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and be a strong communicator. This position can be a stepping-stone for the right candidate with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Monday through Friday 40 hours a week.
Some of the duties include:
Facility receptionist, primary person for answering phones and assisting requestors.
Receives production sheets and logs into database and/or MS-Excel spreadsheet report.
Generate, maintain and post facility daily and weekly performance.
Maintains accounting system to support product traceability, material receiving and planning logistics.
Support the safety aspects within the facility from audits, inspections and safety committee.
Special projects as required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
A qualified candidate must have:
3+ years of progressive accounting and operations experience.
Accounting/Finance degree from accredited college/university strongly preferred
Experience with MRP environment (SAP, Account Mate, Manufacturing Conductor)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an exceptional math aptitude
Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required with a strong emphasis on MS-Excel
Pass drug test and E-verify (I9)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Starting wage DOE.
