Supervisor, Site Operations Job Opening in chicago, Illinois - Supervisor, Site Operations The Supervisor of Site Operations is responsible for oversight of operations at the Mayer Kaplan JCC. As a key liaison with the agency staff, members and the community, the Supervisor of Site Operations provides the framework by which their staff provides the very highest level of customer service. As agency wide Fee Assistance coordinator, the Supervisor is responsible for implementation and administration of the Fee Assistance process. This includes management of information, expectations of both internal and external contacts, application procedures, and feedback to the customer. The Supervisor works closely with the Women�s Auxiliary Board of JCC Chicago to implement and administer JCC�s standard Fee Assistance process.
