Bookkeeper-Quickbooks Savy Job Opening in Bellingham, Washington - Looking for a full charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of the financials. This person is responsible for maintaining the accounting of two companies.
Responsibilities:
Financial invoicing and monthly statements Paying and maintaining relationship with venders
Delegate, supervise and audit entry of sales invoices and expense receipts Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliation Batch credit card receivables Create bank deposits
Receive and collect payments Create financial reports Tax reporting and payment

Minimum associates degree in accounting and relevant experience. Strong understanding of accounting and Quickbooks online.
Independent work is a must. Confidence in all aspects of accounting and the use of Quickbooks online. Problem solver, resolving issues with action, positive/helpful communication and resolution. Ability to maintain accuracy in accounting while grasping the big picture and overall vision of the company.
