MARKETING ASSISTANT Job Opening in lansing, Michigan - MARKETING ASSISTANT HAMPTON JEWELERS Located in the Eastwood Towne Center is looking for an Marketing Assistant, applicant must be highly motivated, goal oriented, self starter, ability to work independently and complete all on time with attention to detail and accuracy. Candidate Must be Disciplined With Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills. MARKETING ASSISTANT: Full Time Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM COMPUTER SKILLS: APPLICANT MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS. Must be Computer literate and proficient using Adobe Photo Shop, Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and STRONG EXCEL SPREADSHEET SKILLS A MUST!!!!!!! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including but not limited to Assist in Direct Marketing and Organize Special Events for our Jewelry Store, Ability to Create & Design: Billboards, Post cards, E-mail blast and Banners, Utilizing Adobe Photo Shop, Ability to Create and Update Company Spreadsheets Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Ability to merge Data Bases, General Office Duties, MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK, MANAGE AND COMPLETE ALL TASK/ASSIGNMENTS ON TIME. Ability to Create, Design and, E-mail Monthly Promotions to our Customer, Letter Writing, Ability to Write, Design, Direct Mail and Publish a Quarterly News Letter, Maintain Jewelry Inventory, Maintain Company General Insurance Policies, Data Entry, Maintain Company Data Base, Prepare Purchase Orders, Review Incoming Invoices, Reconciliations of Accounts, Maintain Employee Files, Human Resources, Employees Health Insurance, Maintain Filing System. EDUCATION: High School Diploma PERVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Candidate Must Have a Stable Work History with At Least Three Years Experience Working in a Small Business.
