This is an on-call, as-needed position and is not full time or part time. Bill Lane & Associates provides safe and caring transport for at-risk youths to treatment programs throughout the country. As an adolescent transport agent, you may be asked to travel locally or across the country on a moment's notice to provide transport for an adolescent, usually with a partner. Our goal is to provide a safe, empathetic environment where the teen's fears and anxieties are addressed. Communicating that you care and that your job is to take care of your client is paramount. You will be working with a wide therapeutic range of adolescents, from the compliant to the defiant. Qualified individuals who are sensitive and compassionate are ideal.
