Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Job Opening in Kamuela, Hawaii - We are currently seeking an OMS (single or dual degree) to work on the beautiful Island of Hawaii, the largest Island in the Hawaiian chain. The Big Island offers a relaxed, slow-paced, rural lifestyle, enhanced by the year round tropical climate. Enjoy the pristine beaches every day of the year and access to world class resorts. To top it off the doctor will also enjoy the view of two snow-capped mountain peaks in winter. With a population of about 180,000, doctors here have the opportunity to get to know patients and their families.
We will assist the OMS in establishing their own private practice, provide the use of 3 beautifully appointed offices (in Kealakekua, Waimea and Hilo) and provide on-going administration. We provide staffing, scheduling, billing, collections, and marketing services to the practice. The OMS we are looking may be single or dual degree, but will need to either have or be able to obtain a Hawaii dental license (obtaining a Hawaii medical license is optional ? though recommended). The candidate will join other specialists already working within our management organization. We offer a compensation package for a full-time OMS with a base guaranteed retention of $300, 000 per year . In addition to the base guarantee, the doctor will retain up to 40% of the annual net collections. We credit an additional $20,000 toward the coverage of the cost of professional liability coverage and $12,000 toward the cost of personal healthcare insurance annually. We offer up to $10,000 to cover the cost of relocating to Hawaii.
