Resident Care Director Job Opening in Scranton, Pennsylvania - Licensed Practical Nurse required. Essentially you are the Director of Nursing in a 67 bed personal care facility. 24/7 on call responsibility is required. Responsibilities include(but not limited to) obtaining and following physician orders, maintaining paperwork in accordance with DHS regulations, leading staff of 15 personal care aides, monitoring resident's daily health conditions, and screening/assessing incoming residents.
