Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails from customers in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues
Create and maintain case documentation
Various other Customer Service duties
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required - Minimum GPA 3.3
Internship or customer service experience strongly preferred!
Interest or knowledge in healthcare and the financial industry
Strong organizational skills and time management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to learn new tasks quickly
Sound judgement when handling customer expectations and sensitive customer situations
