As a Product Marketing Manager of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), TalentEinstein.com, you'll focus primarily on understanding the evolving needs of our target buyers and the movements within talent acquisition software market as a whole. You will develop and execute TalentEinstein.com's go-to-market activities; this includes product positioning, core messaging, sales and marketing enablement, and competitive differentiation. The TalentEinstein.com Product Marketing Manager will work extensively on researching the industry specific to Talent Acquisition and HCM technologies and ensuring our business stays versed in competitive trends and market-moving opportunities. We're looking for a candidate who has proven experience driving product launches and growth with measurable results. The right candidate will be able to pair a passion for analyzing data on products, competitors, and market dynamics with serious commercial writing chops. Responsibilities



Gather, analyze and synthesize information and trends around the Talent Acquisition and HCM competitive landscape; manage the information in a centralized knowledge base.

Participate in programs, such as win/loss, designed to understand key buying criteria

Succinctly deliver analysis and narrative of unit sale results, competitive trends, industry updates and win/loss programs, along with recommendations to internal stakeholders

Deliver reports on competitor technologies and competitive messaging and positioning opportunities

Strategically develop and deliver audience specific product positioning and core messaging that clearly addresses the unique problems assigned product solves.

Develop Cross-Product Go-To-Market Plan for assigned product

Create roadmap delivery timelines and positioning strategy.

Use the website TalentEinstein.com to strategically develop programs and sales enablement tools that effectively communicate the value proposition of assigned product.

Drive ongoing revenue growth & retention by implementing communication strategies that help to increase awareness of TalentEinstein.com's offerings, capabilities and competitiveness.

Create alignment and provide input to the development of advertising, public relations and other marketing outreach tools that are product-focused.

Assume accountability for the success of unit sales for assigned product and provide analysis around results at regular reporting intervals

Partner with the business executive team to make recommendations around product pricing model.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of Product Marketing experience required

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for collecting market information

Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments, and cross-functional groups

Have the ability to use the common Product Management/Content Management tools and software effectively

Demonstrated ability to connect relationally with both technical and business executives

Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Innovative, self-starter

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor / team member

Previous experience working in Product Marketing for a SaaS provider desired, but not required

Prior exposure to the HR technology space helpful, but not required

BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus



Job Type: Freelancer & can turn into Full-Time For Top Performers!

Salary: percent of sale commission uncapped - Top Performers can earn $100K - $500K annually as ATS market growth is expected to reach $1.6 Billion by 2021!
