Responsibilities of the Reinsurance Accounting Manager;
Oversee two staff members
Prep reinsurance quarterly underwriting results
Balance Sheets, journal entries, reconciliations
calculation, booking, billing/collection of ceded profit commisions
Ad hoc reporting
Qualifications;
BS in Accounting, Finance
5 to 10 years of ceded reinsurance
Microsoft Office experience
Experience with Genius or Sapiens or Peoplesoft a plus
