Due to continued growth and expansion in the New York Market, we are seeking Assistant Sales Managers for our Long Island Area locations. Candidates with Fitness Industry Sales are preferred. Previous sales experience is preferred. Previous commissioned sales experience is required.

Position Descriptions
Assistant Sales Managers are responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets. They also generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members. They are expected to be primary sales producers in the club, selling all product lines and services including membership, personal training, nutrition, spa/salon, tanning, and apparel.
This is the next generation level leading to the General Manager position, which is responsible for the entire facility!!
In addition to your sales and management responsibilities, other key components of the job include:

Ethics/Integrity
Minimum Requirements
Some college preferred.
Fitness Industry experience preferred.
3-4 years sales commission experience preferred. 1-2 yrs sales management experience.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
Availability to work at least 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Desire to achieve high earning potential and advancement opportunities in the organization.
A passion for health and fitness.
Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
Bilingual language skills a plus.
Military experience welcomed!
