You are looking for an opportunity to grow your sales skills by being the first hire in a new role as the Sales Development rep. You have a hunter mentality who will be mentored to grow with Convoso and into the Account Executive (closer) role.

The Challenges You Will Face:
You will be making 80-100 warm and cold calls/emails to businesses on a daily basis.
You will be doing research on the web and using multiple tools to generate a targeted list of b2b lead on a daily basis.
You will get a lot of rejection and need to be very persistent and creative to get past the gatekeeper.

Communicate our value proposition effectively via email and over the phone.
Schedule appointments between high-level executives (qualified prospects) and senior salesperson.
Take initiative and accountability for your own success.

What you'll bring:
BA/BS degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales
Comfortable selling products versus conceptual solutions.
Used to calling into businesses and speaking with high-level professionals.
