Responsibilities of a Sales Implementation Coordinator
Answer escalated calls from other departments to address client issues.
Must have great phone etiquette
Perform all administrative duties pertaining to Sales Account Executives; Includes software walkthrough for clients
Maintain ongoing client relations and satisfaction
Responsible for their own assigned client portfolio which they will manage client's activity, growth, services and cancellations.
Schedule trainings as they come through the queue
Contact clients that may need additional support.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Work well under pressure and great with time management.
Maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge.
Demonstrate how to utilize products/services.
Effectiveness in problem resolution
Excellent decision making skills
Ability to handle constructive criticism
Proactively identify clients who are identified as "at risk" of cancellation or potential target for an up sell of services.
Have active communication while coordinating and/or troubleshooting any issues involving software vendors, support team or engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience preferred).
Minimum of one client services experience (major account experience preferred).
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate and direct the work of others.
Ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external interactions.
Ability to motivate and lead a team and work as a team member. Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with a variety of internal and external constituents.
Capable of maintaining multiple projects at one time.
Internet/PC skills are a MUST. Proficient in MS Windows Programs.
