The successful candidate for this inside sales position will be an energetic, outgoing, hardworking individual who loves to talk to customers on the phone. They will be responsible for exceeding their yearly Territory Sales Goal by product line. To achieve this goal they will be spending over 80% of their time on the phone servicing and selling to their customers. They will be handling the incoming calls from their territory servicing the accounts on such tasks as technical questions, sales growth ideas, order entry plus other general customer related tasks. They will also need to meet their weekly call out goals by making high quality, results oriented and efficient sales calls by prioritizing the calls to high potential sales customers. In all, they will need to be comfortable wearing many different hats in our fast-paced business.
Business Experience and Skills Preferred:
Bachelors or Associates Degree
3-5 years of sales\customer service experience
Loves to sell in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls to many customers. Used to and comfortable spending majority of the day on the phone selling.
A positive and proactive person with a friendly and enthusiastic phone voice who will relate well to our studio customers
Ability to assess potential of customer and grow sales with a consultative selling approach by understanding their needs an using developed knowledge of our product line versus competition.
Thrives on multi-tasking over a broad range of tasks while projecting patience, empathy, caring and sincerity in voice tone when communicating with customers.
Good organization and prioritization skills focusing efficient amount of time on right, high opportunity customers.
Needs to be a good listener, detail oriented and follow up well with the various needs of our customers.
Strong written and communication skills.
