Inside Sales Job Opening in austin, Texas - Inside Sales A well established and growing computer peripheral manufacturer is seeking an inside sales associate to expand our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Associate must be a highly motivated self-starter that can make an immediate contribution to our team. Responsibilities will include handling inbound sales calls, customer service and initiating outbound sales calls to qualified customers. Additionally the Inside Sales Associate must maintain and grow existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of prior sales experience and a Bachelor?s degree. Prior experience selling value into medical, public safety, food and beverage or industrial markets is a plus. Responsibilities: ? Through marketing activities, identify qualified opportunities in large, enterprise accounts and develop them into prospects by communication the company?s value proposition tailored to the prospective customer?s needs. ? Provide initial sales contact and utilize a consultative approach to evaluate and understand prospect?s business and needs. ? Exceed assigned activity/revenue targets. ? Maintain the sales database including comprehensive data entry, setting alarms for follow-up, lead tracking. ? Ability to become proficient very quickly with ? Maintain current knowledge of the company?s products, customer?s applications and competitive product differences. ? 4 years experience cold and warm calling into executive level contacts in large organizations. ? Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required. ? Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills. ? Results oriented and strong multi-tasking processes ?
