? Guest Service: The Sales Floor Team Member will be familiar and practice STAR when
interacting with our Guests. Smile ? Provide a friendly interaction with our Guests; Talk ?
Engage our Guests by asking them ?What you can help them find?, Approach ? Approach and
engage all Guests by Greeting and Assisting them and address their needs, be Rapid ? Provide a
quick response to address their needs.
? Address all questions and inquiries by Guests professionally and rapidly.
? Seek out assistance from subject matter experts when unable to answer the Guests questions
? Utilizes company selling approaches to create an enriched Guest experience. Acts quickly to
address Guest concerns and provide resolution.
? Assist in maintaining a well stocked and neat store appearance.
? Assist when needed to replenish items that are identified as not being on the selling floor.
? Understand and process multichannel functions (GFS, GFS ASP, SOS, Layaway and ISPU).
? Ability to sell and drive for results.
? Understand basic merchandising protection standards, PORT, key item facing, SFIS.
? May be asked to work in multiple departments to help Guests and the store team to achieve
daily results.
? Be familiar with all services offered by ?R?Us brands and drive for results when selling these
products (e.g. R Rewards, Buyer Protection Plans, R US Credit Cards, etc.)
