Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - We are expanding our sales, marketing, and business development departments in the US to keep pace with our explosive growth over the past few months. Regional Sales Managers work closely with our SDRs and Sales Team, and are responsible for prospecting and generating new business, forging relationships. Masters of everything from cold walk-ins, managing and operating high-level meetings, to closing deals and retaining relationships, Regional Sales Managers will also contribute to our core sales strategy and initiatives with ample opportunities for growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of AutoLeadStar services, pricing structure, and target market.
Manage the full sales process, from identifying leads to managing prospects, nurturing leads, delivering demos, drafting sales proposals, and closing deals.
Take on prospects from SDR handoff and inbound leads.
Determine customer needs and ?pains? to understand steps for making the sale.
Track activities and progress in our CRM.
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results, competitive developments, and feedback from the field.
Regularly meet with leadership to review weekly sales, goals, progress, and status of prospective customers.
Encourage a collaborative environment among the team.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Comfort speaking with high-level individuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven analytical/problem solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM and other technologies.
Cold calling and walk-in experience.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Auto industry experience, a plus.
Access to reliable transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business).
Good driving record.
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Location: preferably a large metropolitan city such as Chicago, Boston, LA, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Full-time position
Work in the field/on the road and remotely when not traveling
20-30% Travel, including quarterly meetups with US team members
