Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Arcadia, California - Privately owned Property Management Company for commercial seeking for immediate hire.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Residential and commercial tenant billing
Perform reconciliation for bank statements/accounts
Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bilingual in Mandarin is highly desired.
Minimum 1+ years experience in accounting field.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related subject is preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Yardi or GreatPlain is desired.
Knowledge CAM reconciliation is desired.
