Rymax () is currently seeking an aggressive Sales Executive to join our Solution Sales team. Solution Sales can include, but is not limited to: Employee Recognition Programs, Corporate Gifts, Service Awards & Events, and Sales Incentive Programs. Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate must develop sales strategies supported with compelling presentations that will enable a selling relationship with targeted accounts
Effectively manage assigned territories with an eye toward territory and sales growth
Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer and territory
Build and manage individual sales pipeline
Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objection
Inbound and outbound account sales and account management
Ability to travel when needed
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent follow up and prioritization skills
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience
Loyalty, Incentive and Events Industry experience strongly desired
Strong work ethic that is consistently exhibited in attitude and personal drive
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
Tremendous sense of urgency
Ability to manager both long-term and short-term sales cycles
Must be able to work full-time out of our Pine Brook, New Jersey office
Relentless attention to detail coupled with successful time management and prioritization skills
