Tax Accountant Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - Local accounting office in the Birmingham, AL area is seeking a Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate is someone who has been with a local accounting firm for 1-2 years, 1-5 years public accounting experience. Salary is BOE. 40 hours a week and more during the busy season with overtime pay. Responsibilities are to prepare partnerships, corporations and individual tax returns. This position includes a lot of consulting and a significant potential for growth. Bachelors in Accounting required. CPA is not required but must be being worked on.
