Manage customer base business units consisting of Sales and New Programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify New Business Opportunities.*
Account Management responsibilities to secure award in support of Diversity-Vuteq growth and profit objectives.* *
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel.* *
Assign and track measurables.* *
Oversee activities to ensure successful launch of awarded programs.* *
Maintain project budget requirements ? piece price, tooling, etc.* *
Assign and track Project Management measurables.*
Other duties may be assigned.
Job
Bachelor?s Degree or 3 - 5 years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Significant relationships/sales experience (Purchasing and Engineering).
Background in plastics Injection molding (a plus).
Strong organizational skills
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers
Attention to detail
