Medical Billing Analyst Job Opening in Shelton, Connecticut - The Medical Billing Analyst will work within a team which is responsible for processing and collecting a high volume of clinical, patient, and insurance revenue while providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining patient and client billing records.
- Processing Insurance claims
- Following up on outstanding client and patient balances
- Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable Analysis, Collections, Customer Service
Qualified candidates must have previous healthcare or medical operations experience with knowledge of Medical Billing, CPT codes, explanation of benefits, insurance claims, co-pays, and deductibles.
Additional qualifications:
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet reasonable deadlines.
Ability to work independently and move forward with projects by understanding the overall requirements of the project.
Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
