ACCOUNTING CLERK Job Opening in philadelphia, Pennsylvania - ACCOUNTING CLERK Ark Ideas, a full service ad agency and software development firm, is looking for an Accounting Clerk to assist with financial aspects and daily admin of small-medium size organization. Main duties include tracking and inputting marketing campaigns, reconciliation of account balances, accounts payable, client invoicing and general office tasks. The right person to join our company will be self-motivated, dependable, have a solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, be detail oriented, organized and be proficient in QB and Excel. This position will report directly to the Finance and Operations Manger. Requirements: � Minimum two years experience working in a accounting clerk/accounts payable capacity � Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online is a plus � Ability to meet deadlines � Attention to detail and follow-through � Positive attitude � Experience in the marketing industry a plus � Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team Responsibilities: � Maintain organized and accurate filing systems � Assist with day-to-day office admin tasks as needed � Assist with maintenance of customer database � Assist with maintenance of vendor database and maintain relationships � No accounts receivable collection calls necessary � Superior organizational skills and attention to detail � Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously � Ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines � Ability to problem-solve and identify issues Hours: Only full-time applicants will be considered.
