We are looking for a sales representative covering south eastern states including Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.
The responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
>Work with an established network of distributors to help grow their sales with our products (strapping machines & tools and plastic strapping materials) which includes providing sales and technical support to existing distributors
>Develop the territory by finding new distributor candidates and new customers
>Assist the distributors and end users technically with the strapping and strapping machines
>Evaluate various applications and prepare special price quotes.
>Carry demo machines and perform demonstrations of our strapping machines
>Identify and evaluate various strapping applications
>Training distributor sales representatives and customers on our equipment
You will be required to travel a lot by a company pickup truck. Therefore you must have no problem driving a long distance.

>Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
>Presentation skills
>Some mechanical aptitude as you will be required to be hands on on your products (strapping machines)
>Willingness to work hard and commitment to achieve your goals
>Ability to work with minimal supervision
>Physically fit to drive a long distance and load and unload demonstration equipment as needed
Experience in Packaging industry and/or managing distribution (wholesale customers) preferred.
You will work of your home office. Company pickup truck, and other necessary devices and tools will be provided.
