Job Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Store Manager
Position Summary:
This associate is responsible for driving sales by interacting with the customer and maintaining the store in accordance with company directives.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Sales**
Adheres to Corporate Customer Service Program and ensures customer satisfaction.
Actively supports Store and District Management in complying with and conducting all corporate contests and promotions.
Actively supports all sales programs and strives to achieve store sales plans.
Communicates effectively with all members of the store staff.
Works to maintain the teamwork essential for a successful, sales driven staff.

Operations*
Operates register quickly and accurately.
Adheres to expense control and store profitability actions.
Protects all corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Merchandising and Marketing
Merchandises store in accordance with corporate communications (i.e., stocking, alphabetizing and signing.)
Strives to continually increase personal product knowledge.
Special Projects
Works on special projects as directed by Management.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be customer-service oriented.
