Part time keyholder and Sales Associate Job Opening in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware - Our Opportunity: We are currently seeking Part-time Keyholders and Sales Associates for our Haggar Clothing Co. store located in the Tanger Outlets of Rehoboth ( Seaside). At Haggar our primary goal is meeting the needs of all customers by following the Selling Standards, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales! In this role, you will:
effectively manage the store operations when the management team is absent; directing the work of Sales Associates -- including addressing employee and customer concerns.
Promote and monitor quality service and with all associates through continual training and serving as a positive role model in the store.
Assist with merchandising (stocking, markdowns, and visuals) of product in the stores, in adherence to established visual standards.
Ensure all Policies and Procedures are followed as outlined in the P&P and as directed by store management.
Ensure safe working conditions and ensure all associates follow safety standards.
Establish positive working relationships with co-workers and store management, assuring a high level of productivity and cooperation among the team.
Meet qualifications on all product categories to become product experts.
Accurately and honestly handle all financial sales transactions.
Clean/straighten store (office, sales floor, bathrooms, and stock room, etc.).
Open/close store; assist with all duties related to receiving product.
Assist with administrative duties such as receiving shipment, emails, and cash management duties as directed by policy.
Assist with team training and development as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
One to Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary customer service and sales.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to move 25 pounds.
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, squatting, , reaching, and lifting to stock and merchandise store.
