Serving corporate and branch offices across the country, this associate has recurring responsibilities and project related tasks. This individual works directly with the president and senior management team on multiple projects providing administrative support, PowerPoints, and creative flyers and electronic forms. This individual also contributes creatively and proactively to our print and online marketing and recruitment efforts, support and development of special projects, corporate and national meetings / events, and creative problem solving of every kind. Attention to detail, data tracking, analytics and benchmarking add to the transparency that ensures profitability, growth, and Favorite?s ongoing success.

Provide administrative services for Senior Team members and special projects as necessary
Develop strong relationships with vendors and internal branch and division clients
Respond to calls, emails and correspondence in a timely manner
Contribute to planning and execution of successful corporate programs, meetings and special events
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior competency in:
Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver (or html)
Ability to create adaptable visual, text, and graphic elements for multi-platform and social media use
Superior knowledge of market-targeted business grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Creative eye for composing correspondence and people-friendly forms in various formats
Ability to function independently, multitask and set appropriate priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to develop and grow as processes, procedures, and programs change
