Madison Park Healthcare is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility seeking a Medical Records Director to add to our Huntington-based team. Medical Records Director is responsible for maintaining the resident?s medical records, thinning charts as needed, auditing files, provide information as requested, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma plus one year preferred full-time experience in medical records in a health services environment.
