CertainSource, a digital marketing technology company located in Raleigh, NC seeks a person to work directly with customers to enhance their use of ourcustomer acquisition and email platform. The Customer Support Specialist ispart of the business development team managing onboarding new clients,assisting in the execution of client campaigns and developing the best possibleongoing relationships with our clients.
The goal of this position is to ensure that clients generatethe highest possible value from our proprietary online software for their emailprograms and their acquisition programs, as well as ensure the client is totallysatisfied with their CertainSource experience..
Customer Support Specialists are expected to be experts inthe use of CertainSource software, and be dedicated to staying abreast ofindustry trends and best practices and proactively sharing their knowledge withtheir assigned list of clients.
This position requires a talented, self-motivated, teamplayer with experience in a technical environment that can properly manageclient expectations and establish client relationships at the operationallevels.
Responsibilities
Ability to handle phone, email, messaging in a fast-paced environment
During training period: Assist senior CSM?s with tasks and auditing of current clients
* Must be able to understand the organizational structure,business needs and strategic initiatives of each assigned client
* Will assist clients with their acquisition program set-up,testing, execution, and review of results
* Will assist using our software: work flow, training, opportunities
* Will educate clients on cutting edge industry trends
* Ensure clients are incorporating deliverability bestpractices into their email campaigns
* Ensure that all key performance indicators and projectbenchmarks are successfully attained
* Work with the entire CertainSource team to develop andexecute client acquisition and email plans
* Coordinate resources with clients and internally as needed
Requirements
* 2-year college degree preferred
* Interactive marketing, sales or customer supportbackground
* Impeccable organizational and project management skills
* Strong, proven client communication skills. Written andverbal
* Knowledge of MAC and MS Office software including Exceland Word
* Basic knowledge of HTML helpful (Can teach the rightcandidate)
