Outreach Specialist (Call Center) Job Opening in Lansing, Michigan - About this Opportunity
Our award winning health care services firm in Lansing, Michigan seeks full-time Outreach Specialists. Outreach Specialists work, directly by phone, with patients and members to assist in the eligibility determination process for government benefits.
Qualified individuals should have at least 6 months of call center/customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills. The hours for this opportunity are Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:30pm.
