Client Care Manager Job Opening in Clinton Township, Michigan - Comfort Keepers of Macomb, MI is seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Client Care Manager providing client services for individuals in the Macomb and Southeast Oakland County. As a member of the Comfort Keepers administrative team, you will be responsible for providing support to current and new clients of a rapidly growing and dynamic healthcare organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Inbound client inquiries and client assessments.
Create and complete accurate prospect documentation.
Develop a schedule and match clients with caregivers that best meet their needs.
Resolution of client issues and concerns.
Respond to scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or call-offs situations.
Maintain and manage specific policy and procedures, including overtime.
Assist with management of client payables and receivables.
Participation with the On-Call rotation; provide timely responses to clients and caregiver during and after hours.
Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
Critical and creative thinking required.
Detailed oriented.
Experience working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Must have proof of valid driver?s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required
