Conduct requirement analysis by gathering requirements from the business analysts and converting them into technical design and develop architecture to meet the business objectives;
Develop systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement under the direction of CTO;
Assess the information needs of the users and validate them by working closely with analysts;
Analyze change specifications, and their impact;
Create design per existing design patterns and unit test cases working on design patterns like MVVM and MVC;
Verify the coding standards according to the best practice coding guidelines;
Coding and testing change requests according to design documents using Microsoft and Framework technologies, , MVC, MVVM, C#, , OOP?s, XML, Web Services, WCF, AJAX, SQL/Oracle, T-SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, DHTML, CSS JavaScript, JQuery, and YUI Tests;
Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, , SQL Server, Oracle, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#, NUNIT, FXCOP, Nant;
Manage configuration and version control;
Using Dundas BI/Reporting tool, create BI dashboards/Reports;
Perform project management activities at change request level;
Assist team members with technical intricacies during requirements analysis and implementation phase;
Maintain existing software systems;
Support existing and developing new Database schemas;
Analyze change specifications and their impact;
Train the end users on the use of software applications and provide support.
Minimum Requirement:
MS in Computer Science or Engineering;
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) approach;
Minimum 10 years of development experience;
Minimum 5 years of MVC, MVVM experience;
One plus years? experience with Dundas BI/Reporting tool.
Min 5 years' experience managing teams and projects.
