We are currently looking for a junior level C# developer to help code custom applications in C# and SQL for external customers here in Little Rock. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of professional job experience in . NET/C# development, SQL Server, and must have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming . This is a laid back work environment with the option to work remote 1-2 days per week. Pay will be based upon experience.
Responsibilities include:
Design, modify, develop, write, and implement IT software architecture solutions.
Effectively plan and manage assignments spanning multiple complex projects.
Serve as a technical expert to IT Managers and functional teams in the IT organization.
Drive technical and procedural change relative to best practices in software development.
Build teams as necessary to solve problems by taking ownership and mentoring developers in finding solutions.
Participate in the preparation, review, and analysis of software requirements and specifications.
Design, plans, and coordinate work teams on new or existing software projects.
Define and implement test strategies for software products.
Compliance with applicable company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
Required skills:
1 plus years experience with framework C#. (Our client is currently on framework 4.1.6)
1 plus years experience with Microsoft SQL server: (creating tables and linking together primary and foreign keys)
1 plus years experience with object oriented programming concepts and patterns (the different classes are described below in additional information.)
