Accountant Job Opening in Kansas City, Kansas - To be a successful Accountant you must be able to do the following:
Completion of in-depth financial analysis and financial management reports, accompanied by recommended actions.
Management of cash flow.
General ledger maintenance.
Respond to inquiries from Management.
Follow Agency Policy and Procedure.
Operate according to the Department Operations Manual (practice guide and notes within competencies).
Meet departmental goals and/or outcomes.
Maintain and grow in required competency level for position.
Job Responsibilities
60% - Financial Management Reporting
40% - Financial
Education and Experience
Minimum bachelor?s degree in Accounting required. Medical billing experience preferred.
Minimum two years? experience in general accounting. CPA license preferred.
Microsoft Office Experience.
Accounting software experience - QuickBooks and/or Dynamics Great Plains preferred
